Standard Microfluidic Chips

Our microfluidic chips have the standard microscopy slide dimension 75.5mm×25.5mm×1.5mm, with inlet holes of 1mm diameter. All polymer chips have the fluidic interconnects on the top and the microfluidic structure on the bottom. The micro structures could be sealed with a cover lid of identical material (PP, if COP or other material is required, please contact us). The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10. If you need more than 1000 pieces, please contact us.

On the format of a microscopy slide (75.5mm×25.5mm×1.5 mm), this chip allows for the generation of droplets. This integrated chip also has droplet storage function for a separate optical analysis allowing a wide variety of experiments.

             Flow Focusing & Cell Sorting Chip

Flow Focusing & Cell Sorting Chip

The flow focusing & cell sorting chips applying a sheath flow should be used with pulsation free syringe pumps. Velocity of the sheath flow should be significantly higher than the one of the sample streamand two streams entering through side-channels provide a sheat flow. The sorting can be done by applying positive or negative pressure via the sampling channels at the end of the main channel.
